Consulting Before launching into a hospitality project, it is critical to formulate a solid business plan. Ultimately this will be a requirement for any financing, so it is important to invest enough time and money in feasibility work to ensure the final direction to be taken will deliver the end goal. At Astudo we don’t just do the traditional feasibility study. Our studies start off at a very high level, and look at every possible alternative, both traditional and non-traditional.
